1. What products are available?

Knit cold-weather accessories: hats and beanies, gloves and mittens, scarves, socks, and headbands.

2. Are you the manufacturer?

BrumaWorld is an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

3. What are products made of?

Materials vary by product. Review the individual listing for supplied material details.

4. How do I choose size and options?

Review the available options and product details before ordering. Contact us if information needed to choose is not shown.

5. Will colors look exactly as pictured?

Lighting, photography, and screen settings can affect color appearance.

6. What is included?

Check the item listing and option for included items. Accessories not identified as included should not be assumed to come with it.

Orders and shipping

7. Where do you ship?

Standard shipping is configured for eligible addresses in the 50 U.S. states and DC. U.S. territories and military regions are available only when checkout accepts the address and offers delivery. International shipping is not offered at this time.

8. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. Checkout shows the final service and charge.

9. How long will my order take?

Processing is typically 1–2 business days. Standard transit is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated 3–6 business days under ordinary conditions. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded; times are estimates and carrier delays may occur.

10. Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available for a fulfilled order, we send it with the shipment confirmation. Carrier scans may take time to update.

11. Can I cancel a delayed order?

For a normal order change or cancellation, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If a material delay occurs, we will tell you the updated estimate and let you accept it or cancel for a prompt refund of captured payment.

Returns and refunds

12. Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Request it within 30 calendar days after delivery. For this type of return, the item must be unused and undamaged and include supplied components. Contact us before shipping.

13. Who pays return shipping?

For an approved eligible return, BrumaWorld provides a prepaid label and covers return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

14. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Arrange an eligible return, then place a separate order.

15. What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts?

Contact us promptly with your order number and details. Photos can help us review the concern. We will explain available next steps under the policy and applicable law.

16. When will my refund be initiated?

After receipt and inspection, we initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

17. Where should I send a return?

Contact us first. We will provide authorization, a prepaid label for an approved eligible return, and the correct return address. Our published correspondence address is not a return location.

Payment and privacy

18. What payment methods and charges apply?

Available payment options, applicable taxes, shipping, and the order total appear at checkout before you submit payment. Providers may place temporary authorization holds. Do not send card details by email. We do not offer recurring subscriptions.

19. How can I manage advertising cookies and exercise privacy rights?

Shopify and store services may use cookies and similar technologies for operations, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising as described in our Privacy Policy. Use Your Privacy Choices to submit an advertising opt-out where available, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights at support@brumaworld.com.
