Shipping Policy

Shipping area

Standard shipping is configured for eligible delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. A U.S. territory or military address region is available only when checkout accepts the complete address and offers delivery. International shipping is not currently offered. The address and service accepted at checkout determine availability.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders with no minimum purchase. The active Standard rate is $0.00 USD. Checkout shows the service and any final charge before payment. If another option is offered for an order, its price and estimate appear at checkout.

Processing and estimated delivery

• Processing: typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.
• Standard transit: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated total: about 3–6 business days from order placement through carrier transit under ordinary conditions.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Payment review, weather, carrier capacity, holidays, and address conditions may cause delays. Carrier tracking is the best source for progress after acceptance.

Tracking and delayed shipments

When tracking is supplied for a fulfilled order, it is sent with the shipment confirmation. Carrier scans and delivery dates are controlled by the carrier. If tracking stalls or a shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number. If a material delay affects your order, we will notify you of the updated estimate and offer you the choice to accept the new timing or cancel. If you cancel, we will promptly initiate a refund to the original payment method for any captured payment.
