Operator and acceptance

This store is operated by JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC, doing business as BrumaWorld, and hosted by Shopify. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and applicable law.

Independent retail and products

BrumaWorld is an independent online retailer of knit cold-weather accessories. We are not the manufacturer unless a listing expressly says so. Review product details, supplied materials, options, fit, and included items before ordering. Images are representative; display settings can affect color.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Checkout shows applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the order total before payment. Shipping availability and cost are confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not final acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment or delivery information issues. If we cancel an order after payment capture, we initiate a refund to the original method. Methods available to you appear at checkout.
